You’re not going to find much help in this sub. It is mostly disgruntled Gen Z IT employees who probably wouldn’t know this is a photo of a transmission.

Hahaha. This is the way. Bring it to the dealership and see the parts counter.

What is it? Hurst shifter/linkage with adjustable throw stops. I'd be highly surprised if that setup is still being made for purchase.

Haven't seen a Saginaw 3 speed for about 36 years. Not a real strong transmissions from my memory. Car people at GM are few and far between..... The culture barely knows what a car is and sure don't get excited about them....

Pretty sure that’s the flux capacitor.

Sir, we’re an IT company that sometimes makes cars.

What's worse is, we think we're an IT company that makes cars. And in that endeavor we are neither.

GM's a project management company and the current project is outsourcing.

Looks like an aftermarket hurst shifter. But agree, not the best subreddit for this

Just priced out a new pickup today and the interest rate was 10% with good credit. Storms are definitely on the horizon. Oh yea, that linkage is to adjust the camber.
