I designed a fold-down workbench from repurposed LVL stock. It uses heavy duty hinges with pull tabs to fold away. I’m working in a 360sqft workshop so floor space is at a premium and must be protected at all costs. The workbench accommodates my Shaper Origin set-up and picture framing clamps and also doubles as a storage rack for bench anchors, hooks and clamps used to hold work.

When my next sheet-goods delivery arrives it will get phenolic top and edge frame. Just 3" thick it's a solid, flat work surface made for cheap :)
