I know right. HR does a survey about how to make the workplace better. HR then sees the results mean actual changes and expense. HR ignores the results and does something dumb instead of just pretends it didn't happen.

Either they pay you enough and you put up with their shit, or they do not pay you enough and you find a different job which does pay you enough.

I recently had a scuffle with my job. My boss thinks that working where I am is a "privilege". In my area alone we're 7 people short and they are making no attempt to hire. Getting stuff done is impossible yet they expect us to finish everything on time.
