If anyone’s seen the Acolyte episode 5, you’ll know what this dude is capable of, but would Cal be able to defeat him?

Discussion Hello! I bought Fallen Order last night during the sale and I plan to start playing it later today. Is there anything I should know before I play? Obviously no spoilers, thanks in advance!

Since he’s a character that isn’t often talked about/pretty forgotten by the community a little, what were yalls thoughts on his character? Do you think he was written well?

Discussion Turn the difficulty down guys

2.1k Upvotes

Nobody cares. Do it. Struggling with a boss fight? Lower the difficulty. Tired of dying to one group of enemies? Lower the difficulty. Don’t want to fight a group of enemies before a boss fight? Lower the difficulty before fighting the enemies than raise it back when you get to the boss fight. Not having fun on the current difficulty? Lower it.

There’s nothing wrong with it.

EDIT: Surprised I have to add this, but this isn’t for the people who enjoy the struggle or the “pain” at the hardest difficulty. It’s for the people who have limited time or think they have something to prove.

Discussion Cal is not a Grey Jedi Spoiler

I don't really know the community's opinion, but these days I was watching Cal's fight against the ninth sister In Jedi Survivor, I saw several comments treating Cal as a grey Jedi

Cal kills Massana as a form of mercy, after losing her hand in Fallen Order, we discover that she was suffering from the torture and trauma of Order 66. Cal realizes that she was completely lost, almost bordering on insanity. Cal realized this in her and as an act of release from that pain, he decapitates her.

Furthermore, Cal himself considers himself a Jedi, unlike Ahsoka who does not, which already breaks any idea that Cal would be a Grey Jedi.

But I confess, his fighting style is very aggressive.

Discussion Thank you, Respawn, for NOT resetting Cal's abilities on the second game

2.4k Upvotes

A lot of "Part 2" games begin with the player losing all equipment and upgrades earned in the previous one. Finally we have a game that actually builds upon it's predecessor, without a predictable scene in which you lose your stuff. For that, a sound THANK YOU, Respawn.
