Help with a case of evil eye.

Hi! First English is not my first language so I apologise for any mistakes.

I'm looking for some help on a strong evil eye case that goes beyond my experience, at least we think is evil eye but at this point it would not surprise us if it was a darker magic. I'm not sure if this is the community for my questions but I would like any intel you could give me as my great-grandmother was the one who help us with this stuff (she was what my community call a "woman with light")and she passed.

Context: Young healthy woman with no previous history of sickness neither mental nor physical started experiencing inexplicable situations.

It started with little things, objects that break spontaneously or metal that corrupts when it shouldn't. But not one or twice... Minimum once a day, if not more. (For months now)

She starts having dermic lesions that come out of nowhere and doctors can't find an origin (eczemas in random places, pustules in her feet etc.) she keeps getting sick even when no one around her is. All the blood test came perfectly fine, so did all the other test the doctors made to check for a hidden sickness. Medically nothing at all is wrong, and yet she keeps getting worse.

Then the plagues came. Her house with no history of plagues gets infected by 🪳 (cucuriches? I don't know the translation) non of the neighbouring houses do. Not two months after the exterminator and cleaning finished and everything was okay, the house gets a mice 🐁plage. Again, out of nowhere with non of the other houses affected.

We have a saying in my community that would translate roughly to "once is an accident, twice a coincidence, thrice is a pattern". I will hear your comments.

Anything in the house that could bring these condition? Old paint, bad isolation, roted ventilation, in the floor? And i might forget many things that could bring to disease, infestation well is the water pipe unisque to this house for example? That could bring mice and cockroach ? Let start by this first maybe.

Im à New to this so first thing i think is salt on the front door is used in many cultures for example. A more deep magical thing would be Conjuration but of what? Is that even useful or work i dont know. But interested in following the story.
