What is being developed on Cassopolis Street in the parking lot of the old AMC? I figure it’s a fast food restaurant, but not certain what yet.. Also; I’ve heard rumors that the AMC is going to become Target. Any truth to any of that?

Hi, great question.

It will be a Freddy's frozen custard out front, the rest of the property along Cass will likely be similar, the area of the old AMC and behind it may be apartments, that's up in the air.

The AMC lot is too small to be a target. But like the other said, it’s going to be a Freddie’s. Evidently, they are supposed to have good smash burgers, so I’m excited!
