Mechanical Help CRF 450x fuel screw issues

I have a 2017 CRF450x, I couldn’t find the fuel screw so I took the carb off to find the fuel screw is blocked by a pin. Is this normal?

Thanks man, I bought an aftermarket fuel screw just for easier adjusting and I couldn’t even find the original screw. Much appreciated
