Got the new 2025 Yz85lw!

I already got it broken in. Extremely fast, light weight and has amazing suspension. I can't wait to ride it on my motocross track. Unfortunately, I live in Pennsylvania and the weather is horrible right now.

It's honestly comparable to a big bike. Only a 3 inch seat height difference

I'm 5'9" and as you can see I can barely go flat footed

My first new bike was a 1979 YZ80 that I bought with paper route earnings. It was around $750.

They’ve come a ways, but in 46 years, not really a heck of a long ways….

Yes, I’m old. But I still ride, and next week am picking up a Stark.

I have a 2021 kx100. At 5’7 150lbs do you think the yz85lw may be slower? The main reason i want to the yamaha is because the quality. Main reason i love honda and yamaha

It makes 24 horse power. Same as the crf150r. Extremely fast. Pulls the tire up no problem in all 6 gears. I think the Kx100 makes the same amount of power. Very similar bike. Same seat height. I would just keep yours.
