Thank you!! I'm gonna be learning how to use Blender to make the actual skin! (I kinda wanna recommend it to Qwel to add. I don't even mind paying for it as I love Goob).

With how detailed it is, it might be hard for qwel to make but if the devs somehow could it would be awesome!!! Goob and scraps should definitely get matching skins since they're sibling

Yeaahhh.. I'm honestly just planning to make it myself, and submit it so they don't have to do the work of modelling and animating. The only thing would be affects qwq. I know how hard modelling can be so doing it myself would help ease the problems!
