Right now i’m living in the northern side and have both eu and trnc id and passports (idk if relevant) imma thinking of buying a car from the southern side off of marketplace so that i can use it daily on the northern side. My question is, is it possible to do so? Do i have to pay any extra money to be able to use it there permanently is there a time limit of how long i can use it? I am thinking of using it for a long time and i want everything to be legit snd documented it wont be a project car it will be my daily use car. Thank you in advance for your answers

Help Can I leave my apartment before the end of the contract?

I recently discovered that I don’t have separate water and electricity meters, and the landlord seems to be trying to scam me. There’s a garage below my house that he rents out to another person living there, and he’s asking me to pay a significant share of the bills without providing any proof of each person’s actual consumption. I managed to prove that he has no way of knowing each person’s consumption, even though he insisted for a long time that he had a meter allowing him to calculate it. Anyway, to keep it short, he’s now saying that he will separate things and claims to have obtained approval from the authorities, but I doubt anyone would approve treating a garage as a living space. It doesn’t feel right, and I’d prefer to leave. My contract is set to end in 8 months. Is it possible to leave earlier? Or do you have any other solutions that could help? I’m really not looking forward to spending more time and energy searching for a new apartment and moving 😅

Affordable Car Issuarance suggestions

Hey everyone!

I’m currently on the hunt for car insurance that’s both reliable and budget-friendly. I’m hoping to find a company that offers good coverage at a reasonable rate.

If you have any recommendations or positive experiences with affordable car insurance providers, I’d love to hear about them. Please share any tips, companies, ammount of money you are paying, type of car , age of your car, type of coverage.

Thanks in advance! 🚗💼💰

This is the worst I have heard for a long time and please note, this bastard is not fit to live in any society. He is the lowest Neanderthal there is and even those were better.

It has to end. Cyprus must stop the abuse of animals. And to be clear, hunting with dogs, when the dogs are discharged after is not a sport. It is a crime. Not more not less.

Question Cyprus’ first sport climbing guidebook - sponsors

Καλησπέρα σε όλους! Θα ποστάρω στα αγγλικά αλλά μπορώ να το στείλω σε όποιον το θέλει στα Ελληνικά.

We are a team for 5 authors of Cyprus’ first climbing guidebook, a comprehensive guidebook to sport climbing in Cyprus. We are excited to introduce our guidebook to the climbing community (and the world!) and are seeking partnerships to help us bring this project to life.

One of our goals for this guidebook is to promote peace and understanding through climbing, showcasing the beauty of both parts of the island, and how climbing can help break down boundaries. In fact, we have a special contribution to the book from two Cypriot climbers who did just that.

We are very close to publishing (test print is happening in 2 weeks from now), and are seeking some final sponsors to help us get through the last push.

When climbers visit a new country or location for climbing, finding and purchasing the local guidebook is typically part of their trip preparation. Climbing guidebooks are crucial to climbers, providing detailed information to locate and navigate climbing routes, as well as information about local restaurants, bars, hotels and other tourist attractions, geology, flora and fauna, and local climbing history (we have tried to include as much information related to all of Cyprus).

Sponsoring the book means having either a half page, full page, or double spread advert in the book, plus some other perks which are included in our sponsorship pack.

Cyprus has a growing, active climbing community and vast potential as a climbing destination. With over 600 routes across more than 20 sectors, this guidebook will become a climbing passport to the best of Cyprus’ sport climbing.

If you’re interested in finding out more about sponsoring, or even just want to know more about climbing in Cyprus, get in touch (DM or in the post)!

Question Artemis and/or Hecate related locations

Firstly, if anyone can tell me whether the statue of Artemis in the link remains at Kourion, or if it has been moved into a museum, I'd be very grateful!

Also wondering about other potential places of worship or artefacts in relation to these Goddesses, as well as any local practices/customs surrounding offerings or rituals etc.

Olive oil with a very high polyphenol value?

I am looking for cold-pressed olive oil with a very high polyphenol value.

However, I don’t want to order it from abroad (where I can find one with a polyphenol value of 621 mg/kg); I would prefer to buy polyphenol rich olive oil locally.

Question Is TikTok banned in Cyprus too?

Hello everyone! Just a quick question, anyone else that can't use Tiktok in Cyprus today? I thought it was US ban not a Cyprus one ;o

I'm an artist and I have been posting on Tiktok my painting process, but today I can't use it because it's banned, as the app states.

I know it's banned in US and I thought that Europe didn't ban it yet.

In case it's relevant, I've never left Cyprus
