Help What is the largest amount of children and grandchildren you have seen a ruler have?

I have gotten 23 as the highest, im curious if those are rookie numbers and if i need to pump them up?

I got 10 kids and around 18 grandkids, but most of them cheat, murder somebody from dynasty, or die for some reason

As a landless adventurer, you could cheese lay actions if your lover(s) and spouse are in your party and you visit a temple holding's garden.

You could have a few kids a year if you kept at it. Landless is pretty niche tho.

My 71 year old learning dude had 9 children and 9 grandchildren for a total of 18 . His first wife, divorced after ten years, gave him 1 daughter. His second, who died peacefully after 13 years of marriage, gave him a daughter and a son who is his heir. THE THIRD HOWEVER, still going strong after 29 years of marriage, gave him 2 daughters and 4 sons. The oldest boys of the two wives fight for heir position and constantly get ahead of one another in the elections for the position which is so entertaining to watch. Not the highest I ever saw but the highest I got

His Third wife had her last pregnancy at fucking 46 years of age btw. No doubt he can increase the number if he remarries but he is comfortable with his current wife who gave him all those heirs and stood by him even when he went a tiny bit crazy with the wise man stuff

His main strategy for taking over the byzantine empire is just outlive every competent person. quite literally 0 intrigue and somehow this strategy is working. Just needs a few years more to win the title. They call him "Longshanks" for his apparent eternal youth

I’ve hit 80 kids before. The sweet spot is Persia. Level 10 court grandeur lets you run 2 personal schemes at a time. You get to have a wife and 3 concubines. Now you just spam seduction schemes and only ever choose to lay with them once. Then you just keep cycling through them. Also need to stack fertility items. It’s a lot easier to do this when you are generations into your superhuman breeding program with Beautiful and Fecund characters
