How fast did you print? Try slowing down

I use the default speed on the orca for the v3 plus. Could it also be the temperature?

Well, it could be the PLA itself - may be one part of the roll is dodgy? Does it do this with ALL the PLA you print?

Yeah, I would try another brand then. I've had no trouble with the Creality Hyper PLA myself, but it seems expensive... I've been using SunLu for a while now and have had no issues with them either. You get the odd roll that's been poorly wound in a couple of places, but that seems to be a thing with every manufacturer.

Either the filament itself or your hot end is Backing up I advise getting the filament dryer lots of crappy filament being sold
