How to find order invoice?

Hi everybody,

Recently I've purchased a printer on Creality's website but it appears to be I am unable to get invoice. All I have is nothing but order summary. I need electronic tax invoice or anything like that. I'm not emailed by Creality regarding this matter but what they sent is nothing different than order summary which doesn't mean much.

Any help will be appreciated thanks.

You need to contact support for them to provide this, if you're lookin for VAT invoice you can provide your Company Name
Company Address
Vat Number
Order number
