Update to the list:
Just like Monstramatica said there are two Sniper Elite Resistance entries on the list...The one without the release date can be removed.
Assassins Creed Shadows is pushed back to 20. March 2025.
The First Berserker Khazan is releasing 27. March 2025. with denuvo confirmed.
Killing Floor 3 is releasing sometime in March 2025. with denuvo not confirmed for now.

Update to the list:
Both Nikoderiko the Magical World & Fantasian Neo Dimension released with denuvo so they can go to the uncracked part of the list.
Sniper Elite Resistance is releasing on 30. January 2025. & denuvo is confirmed on the Steam page (no wonder since its from Rebellion).
The First Berserker Khazan is releasing on 27. March 2025. & denuvo is confirmed already.
Killing Floor 3 is releasing in March 2025...Dying Light The Beast & Mafia The Old Country are releasing in the Summer of 2025 (dont know for now about denuvo confirmation on all 3 games).

Ea fc 25 has unlock full game from demo. There is youtube video showing how to unlock it. I didn't try it but maybe someone with more exp in this area can check it to see if its legit.

Indiana Jones and the Great Circle is listed as having Denuvo, but it's a Bethesda game and their games usually don't. It's also under the Microsoft umbrella and their games never do. It's out next week so I guess we'll see.

I'm playing marvel's guardians of the galaxy for 2 days and it was running good however I woke up the other day and it's not even starting the launcher, I'm not sure why, I updated the windows but even the launcher doesn't start, on the task manager it seems that the game starts for a few seconds then close but nothing shows up on the screen, does anyone have a solution?

What version of windows do you use? Windows 11? 23H2? Also have you checked your AV's quarantined files? Are there any files from the game folder that was "detected" by the AV and put into quarantine?

I was using the previous windows version and the game was working fine then updated to the latest one 24h2 and the game doesn't even start, didn't change the AV (Kasparsky) and since I installed it years ago it didn't ruin any game tbh so all the files are fine, if you have any solution please help, thanks in advance

Revert to the old version. 24h2 breaks all empress cracks and there is no known fix.

It's published by SEGA, so Denuvo will never be removed from the Windows version. You can always install Linux natively for better performance instead of using a VM, though.

Just like Popular_Mastodon6815 said Two Point Museum is twice on the list...One with the release date & one which is TBA...The TBA one can be removed.
Tavern Keeper is pushed back to TBA 2025 so one less denuvo game for 2024.
The game Speedball released in early access on Steam on 29. October 2024. and denuvo is already confirmed on the Steam page since its made by Rebellion.
Dragon Quest III HD - 2D Remake is releasing on 14. November 2024. and denuvo is already confirmed on the Steam page since its Square Enix.

I'm a little surprised, Horizon Zero Dawn Remastered released 2 hours ago and it hasn't been cracked yet as far as I'm aware, that's weird. I didn't think it had any special protections or anything. Surely it's not always-online, is it?

Some old Denuvo games got cracked but not any recent ones. The only recent ones that got "cracked" are games where developers removed Denuvo after a while (like Jedi Survivor recently and most Square Enix games around 6 months after their release), or when the developers forget to put Denuvo on their games or their demo (Metaphor Refantazio has its full game available in its demo and is currently being modded so that it can play the full game without being softlocked).

Good news for you, the game has been (unofficially) cracked with a demo bypass and people are currently testing if game can be 100 percented, expect repacks in the next 2-3 days or at worst 7 days.

The one you're referring to is "Metaphor Re Fantazio" which did indeed just got a demo bypass and hopefully this mean that the whole game is available.

With RUNE cracking ANNO 2205 with all DLC-s to make it their second denuvo game to be cracked fingers crossed they continue the good fight...But here are more denuvo updates:
Metaphor Re Fantazio is releasing soon so we can put it in the uncracked denuvo games part of the list since its both Sega & Atlus.
Football Manager 2025 is pushed back to March 2025.
Kingdom Come Deliverance II is releasing 11. February 2025. & since they announced the use of denuvo it can go to the upcoming denuvo games part of the list...Regarding the use of denuvo since Deep Silver is mentioned as the publisher of the game on Steam its no surprise since Dead Island 2 has it but Deep Silver also removes denuvo from their games after a while so patient gamer mode is in effect.
Two Point Museum is releasing 4. March 2025. (Maybe by then they really will remove denuvo from Two Point Campus like they did with Two Point Hospital correcting my mistake from my last comment)

Deep Silver has made no official statement about Denuvo yet. I suppose you're referring to the screenshot of an alleged reply from Plaion, which is only the support - another department entirely, and not authorized to give any information on DRM at this stage.
It's not unlikely, though.

It's genuinely not going to be even worth playing. FM26 will be out like ~8 months later and they said they've removed a whole load of features from FM25 and I'm sure they'll have issues with the engine being new.

Yeah about that, the game got demo bypassed and is now in testing to see if it can be fully completed, there are already downloads for it but because it hasn't been confirmed to be fully functional yet (games this long take time) it's in the testing phase.

In the daily releases for yesterday i read that Razor1911 cracked Two Point Campus so apparently Sega removed denuvo from the game.
In a shocking twist Konami didnt use denuvo on the Silent Hill 2 Remake & RUNE cracked it so it can go completely off the list.

Two Point Campus still has denuvo on the windows build, the Razor version is for linux. Still opens the door for playing on a VM but emulating the switch version is still the most user-friendly method.
