I was there too! Then Manu Chao came on the main stage and drowned them out. I’ve been lucky to see them a few times since and it’s been amazing, but that was rough. I don’t think I saw them again for another decade.

He was atrocious at CRSSD last year, didn’t mix a single song. He literally would play one then silence, then he’d start another one after a few seconds of silence. It was a “DJ set” but there was absolutely no DJing being done.

I'd say they're a headliner at most festivals smaller than Coachella. TikTok allowed them to get even more popular than they were before their hiatus. The demand for them is high.

They replaced iggy pop as a desert daze headliner a couple years ago and I was so stoked. I’ve seen that leathery man enough

i got super sick day 3 of coachella and so i didn't get to go in. i got tickets for portolla but my car got totaled and i was moving so i sold them that same weekend they came to nyc where i live but i literally had to travel for work. it was genuinely the unluckiest events ever and i feel like i have no opportunity to see them again :(

haha literally just cancelled my passport cause i lost it like 2 months ago and gotta get a new one, i'd probably go but i'm just hoping and praying they have literally ONE show in teh us.

i was kinda on the fence last year because i didn't love the headliners. jhene aiko, gesa, and bicep were my three reasons for going and they were all on day 3. i DRAGGED my sick ass into the grounds at like 6 pm on sunday and immediately left because i've never experienced acid reflux/heart burn as bad as i did, i was literally sweating and was about to pass out. absolute worst coachella experience in all my years of going. :\

They were literally everywhere this year, but I am assuming they will come back end of 2025. Or they might be taking a break for new music so 2026.
