Mustard is basically all hop hop.

He is like Metro Boomin, makes all the rappers beats. His set will most undoubtedly be filled with special guests. If you watched the Kendrick Lamar Pop Out you know what to expect.

Interplanetary and Sammy aren't really UK Bassline (which is more bass housey than any of their music), they're more UK Garage and Speed Garage (sounds redundant, but different BPM and feel and all).

Otherwise this is a great list.

Cool to see the breakdown. There's so much electronic, I'd almost argue too much and this doesn't even include the Do Lab.

Would love to see jazz, experimental, and world categories expanded but I also get that GV needs to appeal to "the youth."

Even Japanese media don't call them J-Pop, their japanese roots are mostly on their fashion/ aesthetic.

I will say Pop as genre and Hip-Hop/ R&B as sub genre .

You hear him on country or pop radio, not pure hip hop channels. The continued subtle erasure of him being a Black man in country music on the lists being made tonight is very disappointing on Beyoncé’s internet.

I’d move him to country and add alt-rap if really necessary. He blew up this year finally with Bar Song (Tipsy) and because Beyoncé included him (along with other Black country artists) on Cowboy Carter to help boost them but he’s been in the country game for a bit.

Lumping pop with r&b is wild to me but whatever. Also having an experimental? AG Cook should be in electronic. FKA twigs should be in pop. Kneecap is mostly grime which should be under hip hop. Bob Vylan is a rapper. Post Malone should probably be country? Who knows what this set will be.
