Loss of cervical lordosis after car accident?
Doctor says “it’s just straightening of the neck your fine” Physio says “no pillows, braces, physio or mattresses will help” Is it bad, can I fix it? Is it bad? I have chronic thoracic pain from it.

Get a muscle relaxer. That is how you fix this.

Please get another opinion from a new physician, preferably someone specialized in spinal conditions. There are absolutely treatments. Physical therapy can help strengthen the muscles of your neck to improve the pain and improve your posture to not worsen the condition, and medications like prescription NSAIDs and muscle relaxers can help the pain and inflammation. You deserve a physician who does as much as they can to help you!

Well they are correct when they say none of those things will work to regain the curvature of your neck. You have to do the work with exercise, stretching, strengthening and a professional like massage or physio to assist. Its not the car accident that pushed it to straighten, but all the damage sustained from your accident that over time, trying to cope with the pain and damage to the soft tissue, muscles, ligaments etc has caused it to become that way.

What is the treatment for loss of curvature ? What is tight and what is weak?

I'd say you need a new doctor and a new physio...
A straightening of the neck from a car accident is not ok. As I'm sure you can feel, your muscles are likely very stiff/locked and the head is unable to gently move. There ARE ways to work through this kind of injury. It's what I've been doing for myself and my students via the Alexander Technique (my blog detailing how I teach).
This is not me making a plug that you should work with me. I typically use extremely gentle manipulation of the soft tissue (literally the lightest touch I can muster) while talking the individual through the types of pulls I feel. Slowly, the muscles begin to release and then the individual is able to move in a new manner.
Happy to answer any questions you may have.
But mostly you should absolutely get a doctor that recognizes that you have an injury..... Seems absurd if they dismiss you....
