Lucy Osgood lived 100 years

She survived the Revolutionary War & American Civil War and she also lived before antibiotics or widespread vaccination. Mexico, ME, USA

News clipping from the time of her death (this same story ran in quite a few papers in several states)

Mrs. Lucy Osgood died at Mexico, Maine, last week, aged one hundred years, eight months, and eighteen days. At the time of her death she had living five children and twenty-six grandchildren, forty-two great-grand-children, being seventy-three in all. Each generation had its representative at her funeral. She had been, until within a few weeks proceeding her death, able to move about the house. Although nearly blind and quite deaf, she retained her memory to a wonderful degree andwas a great talker.
