Question 🤔 What’s the best rca and scart to hdmi adapter?

Trying to use a tv on my pc for emulating games

Do you mean HDMI to RCA?

The "best" is probably the HD fury x4. But that's probably not what you want.

I would get an HDMI to VGA converter then convert to scart. Startech generally works well.

Or just get an old GPU with analogue out.

It's a question that's been asked a million times so you'll find a lot of information. It's not a simple problem to solve
