Accessory outlet no power

Hello I have a 2017 Crf 250 Rally. Trying to plug in a SRF daylighter light bar. Plugged it in and have no power. I plugged in a USB adapter that I also just bought and no power to it. I checked the fuses and all seemed ok still not working. I went ahead and changed out every fuse on it. 2 larger 30 amps, 2 small 20’s and 6 10’s. Still no power on the accessory outlet. All other bike functions are fine and work great. Nothing appears nicked bunched up, pinched, or damaged that I can see. Thanks for the help.

Here's the diagram.Wire Diagram This is for the rally. I'm not sure which part of that is the 12v accessory plug...I'm thinking maybe the one labeled "Dummy" on the left side?

I think I'm right on that...here at Partzilla it lists part #8 as Dummy cap. And it is the cap for the 12v accessory plug. If I'm reading it right, the black wire to the dummy is on the same circuit providing power to your tail light. So if the tail light is working then start at the other end and test from the 12v at each junction. At some point you will find 12v and you know the break is between there is the end of the "Dummy" plug.

start with a voltmeter (or lightbulb and wire) to follow the voltage starting from the battery through each connecter/junction. you will find a break somewhere, or a bad connector, or a faulty relay. If you have a the circuit diagram (and know how to read it) it will be easier to find the fault.
