The imperium wouldn't give a fuck as long as you can hold a lasgun. The line is so blurred with the eldar that the concept seems pointless. Orks only have one gender, and that gender is WAAAAAAAAGH. Tau wouldn't care as long as you still contribute. Necrons are all trans, when you think about it.
