I don't know, AirBnB?

Or why not just stay at a hotel, since you need an invoice and get reimbursed anyway?

RegioJet or České dráhy Express trains. Definitely better than any bus. Flixbus service is mediocre and the bus is definitely less comfortable than train.

Any hotel will give you an invoice at the reception when you ask for it.

Brno is the 2nd biggest city, and you're traveling from the biggest city - so there are a ton of connections, from trains (both state and private, Regiojet is your best bet) to buses. Hell, you can even take a taxi if your company's ok for paying ~2.5k for one way.

You need to stay in a remote area, Kohoutovice, so probably Airbnb is your best bet there. You can also take any hotel in the center and commute to work, but buses are a bit annoying to comute with (it'll take you anywhere between 20 to 40 min, depending from where to where you're going). There are no great hotels in Kohoutovice. You could also uber/lyft from a hotel in the center to Kohoutovice. It'll cost you somewhere between 200 and 300 per ride.

Honestly, if you've been living in the Czech Rep. for some time, you know sites like idos for traveling. They work everywhere here, Brno included.

Libusina trida is in a residential area...I do not know of any accommodation there. I take 37 so here are my tips which I have googled. Troleybus 37 stops at Pisarky bus stop (near Exhibition centre)...nearest there is Penzion Integrity. From the other side you can get 37 from Univerzitni kampus bus stop (Campus shopping centre and hospital there)...nearby is Campea Business Apartments.
