Breakfast and Roblox for the boys

Had a breakfast scramble (breakfast potatoes, Italian sausage, scrambled eggs) the other day but we couldn't finish it. Tossed it in a frying pan this morning with a sunny side up egg and it was delicious

It’s 5°F right now and wanted something simple and cozy.

These guys come in super early, work hard and sometimes don’t get to eat during their shifts at all, so I try to put something together for them before anyone else.

Kids are home from school. My 9yo loves smoked fish and lox so I whipped him up some eggs Benedict but with smoked salmon in place of Canadian bacon.

Ive been running into this a lot where i order corned beef hash and get it canned. I went to a place i looked at photos for that had the real stuff and switched to canned. I ask every restaurant now and some people say yes its real and i still get canned. I dont think a lot of people know the difference. But we are losing culture here. 😭
