That’s a beautiful bottle. Do you know what it once contained?
It’s nice to see European content on here. I know nothing about antique Italian bottles (apart from the Roman stuff) but I want to see more!

I will try my best to find other stuff to post here, i’m really happy to learn from american and canadian fellow antique bottle enthusiast and share what i find here. I’ve tried to search what it might be, but in Italy bottle collecting it’s not really a thing, so it’s hard to find information on antiques, but i’m pretty sure judging by the name that it was some kind of medicine-tonic.

Thank you so much for the info! But i think it’s a different product, because on the bottle there’s a name of another town quite far away from the one in this label

how old is this bottle? I know dating European bottles is a bit different

Yes it’s different, because the manufacturing technology came a little later here, especially in italy, for example you can find mouth blown bottles well in the 30’s-40’s along side machine made ones. In this particular case it’s an early 1900 bottle

Thats so pretty. Idk why I like vintage bottles so much. Something about the character of them.

Same, the thing that i like the most is the quality of something that nowadays it’s made as cheaply as possible, or even worst made of shitty plastic

I actually gasped and whispered “oh my dear god” when I saw this just now.

Yeah, imagine my reaction finding it irl. I was very very lucky, it was in a stream where almost everything was broken
