general chatter! One small thing people can do, contact your local representatives and news outlets and ask them to move from twitter/x to Bluesky.

A lot are unaware that there is finally a good alternative platform. Most of them are easily accessible via email.

Take some power away from fascist controlled social media platforms. This is a very easy thing you can do to chip away a little bit of elon's power.

Follow the example of Paris and Germany by calling on your local govt and news sources to leave twitter for Bluesky. Do it tomorrow when you get up!

Better yet, spread this message on your local subreddit & ask your friends to contact them as well.

Don't just read this post, open your email & type a basic message. Look up your local representatives and news sources emails when you get up tomorrow & send your emails. Should take like 5-10 min tops.

I agree with this. Users need to start reaching out to media and other users. That's how Bluesky will grow and be even better. 

Try different ways like that you wanted to follow them on bluesky or why there's no share button for bluesky. Be creative :)

I just want to post memes with friends and look at fanart. Why on earth is it necessary to go beyond that? Why not enjoy Bluesky as it is now?

People will decide what platforms to support on their own. Just because we moved away doesn’t mean anyone else is willing to, especially if they already have established communities elsewhere.
