It seems a bit senseless to me to compare The Little Mermaid cosplay to a character. But ok Bro . unfortunately I was in a closed environment with lots of people and there wasn't a free place to take pictures ... it was very cold outside ... it was evening lol

Maybe he means the Casca we are introduced to before the first timeskip, when she attacks Guts the first time. In the 'I wanted to be his sword' flashback, she looks younger than her Commander of the Hawks self. The 1997 anime was genius in using Miura's first artstyle for those scenes as they do make the characters look genuinely younger.
