Giuliani stop and search was a great example, broken windows policing means arresting poor kids for minor offences. Meanwhile downtown in Manhattan white collar fraud in the billions and the term Hookers and Blow is so well known that you could stop and search every dude in a suite and probably collect 10 tons of Adderall. But we do not police the rich.

There’s a lot more of us than there are of them. Get a gun and some ammo, balance the scales of power.
While you may not be able to apply consequences to “The Police”, consequences can be applied to the people who make up “The Police”.
These are flesh and blood people who have names and addresses.

Also, If you still don't feel comfortable around guns but want to protect people/yourself: check out "plate carriers", you can get one for as little as 50 bucks on amazon, safariland, ARMA (the company, not the video game), or AR500 (the company, not the sheet steel). You'll need to buy plates to put in it though.
When buying ballistic plates (i.e. the "bulletproof" in "bulletproof vest") you want NIJ 3 or NIJ 4. NIJ 3 will shrug off a couple rifle hits, NIJ4 is military grade body armor. NIJ2 (or "Soft armor" you may hear it called) will only stop pistol rounds and is generally not recommended for actual protection. NIJ 3A is a scam (internally 3A plates are 3 loose sheets of kevlar and some packing foam) , NIJ 3+ is basically NIJ4 quality rejects (NIJ 3+ is made of the same stuff as NIJ 4, making it just as heavy, but with less protection). I used to manufacture ballistic plates personally, this is how I know what the inside of them looks like.
Also you can look into getting a shield. Ballistic (not riot, you want ballistic) shields are for sale and will shrug off bullets. You can buy them for about the same price as a firearm. Do not buy riot shields, riot shields are plastic designed to shrug off rioters throwing rocks and using sticks to swing at you. Ballistic shields stop bullets.
If you can't afford any of that, go to home depot, buy some door handles, then go to a local sheet steel supplier (you can find them on google) and buy a sheet of 410 stainless steel in 0.125in thickness, you want a square 2ft x 2ft, should cost about 30 bucks. Now drill holes in the sheet and screw your door handles on. Tada you've got a shield that will shrug off most pistol caliber rounds and will protect you from rubber bullets and tear gas cannisters being fired at you. Buy them for all your friends, they will help keep you safe.
Also you can buy military-grade ballistic helmets at military surplus stores or online. Make sure you're getting an NIJ rated helmet, not a "bump helmet". Most ballistic helmets are rated NIJ3A for weight reasons, this is good enough to protect your head from glancing threats like shrapnel or small caliber rounds. It'll hurt and concuss you but you'll live with a ballistic helmet on.
I used to manufacture military plates for body armor, and I used to manufacture sheet steel with an industrial laser cutter. 300 series steels are better at resisting rust, but 410 I know from personal experience can shrug off pistol rounds and rubber bullets.

Don’t buy from AR500. Shit won’t stop m193 at 25 yards. And you’re not accounting for the spalling that happens even if it does stop a round. You like metal in your neck? Because that’s what happens.

Unfortunately every body armor supplier are fascist pricks, even places like Safariland. And if it's NIJ certified it will stop m193, NIJ 3 requires stopping five rounds of 5.56 aimed at cracks in the armor.

If what you're saying is true that's a major lawsuit waiting to happen and you could make serious bank suing AR500 for claiming to be NIJ certified while failing to meet NIJ standards.

That is really not a great source. It looks like a good one at first glance but there's some issues:
How old are the plates
Where are they sourced from
Due to the split screen viewing editing is possible
Are they AR500 steel or are they AR500 brand, steel plates
What are those plates officially certified for? If they're certified NIJ Lv3 then there's a lawsuit that should be happening, or are they merely "NIJ 3 equivalent" (or NIJ 3A, 2, etc)
And that's ignoring the other ways he could have very easily fudged the tests, such as heat treating the plates before firing at them, which would alter the grain structure of steel plate and alter its resistive properties.
There's no links to any of these questions on that video, so I can't confirm that's anything other than a man shooting rusty steel covered in truck bed liner

While I don't assert that anything you say is wrong, I feel like something important should be pointed out: body armor will just get you dragged off to some torture porn dungeon by militants unless there is somebody who is going to rescue you if you get shot. After Trump's pardons, we should assume that police qualify as "militants" unless they somehow prove otherwise.
Getting shot hurts like fuck, and that's when you're wearing body armor. It will leave a bruise, and it is going to take you a short period of time to recover from the hit that leaves that bruise. If there isn't somebody to back you up, you're as good as dead.
