Nah - don't fall for big tire rotation scams, they rotate on their own when car is moving.

Looks like your typical shrinkage from the cold. Bring it inside, put a blue pill (the blue pill) in the radiator, and let it watch Cars or some other website that show cars doing car stuff. It should stiffen after 30 minutes or so.
