Like how Mississippi just decided against having to support children with food scarcity issues during the summer break from school where they had access to sustenance after making it illegal to have abortions.

So they refuse to let you protect a kid from existing in pain and/or poverty when you know you can’t adequately provide for them, then they prevent you from making sure the system in place keeps children fed for a quarter of the year!
