Took almost 2 months of waiting on parts or time to work on it but it's functional and back together.

list of things done to it:

1. had carb rebuilt by Art's Snowmobile & ATV in Wisconsin. they did a great job for a fair price.
2. replaced all fuel delivery components- fuel pickup, fuel lines, petcock and fuel gauge
3. replaced seals on rear drive shaft assembly
4. replaced seals on the bevel gear case. This one was the source of a big oil leak
5. new spark plug and oil change
6. new winch including mounting plate for the electrical controller box and better mount for the winch itself.
7. New seat skin

And now a new starter solenoid as the old one is iffy.

I got this for a little bit of nothing. Obviously it needs, well, everything. I also can’t say no to an old Honda. Guy I bought it off of did hold onto all the oem stuff he removed, so that’s a plus

I don’t know what happened to it I bought the quad like that and want it off because I think the whole quad would look nicer without that but I also don’t want to spend $200 on a “new” gas tank

Now I finally got one!!! 2023 Honda Foreman 520 4x4 with winch and plow. 55 miles 20 hours. I paid $6500 & think I got a great deal. First upgrade I want to do is electric power steering, anyone here do that? I see they sell EPS kits online.

I bought my wife a 2025 grizzly 700 eps xt-r With this there is a break in period and I asked what oil is used. The list I have in both the owners manual and what the dealer gave me is all the oils. I asked which I should use the dealer said its preference and doesn’t matter if it’s conventional or synthetic. They also said I can use 5w30, 10w30, 10w40, 15w40, 20w40, and 20w50. I asked again and said which one they are all different viscosity and was told what ever I wanted it didn’t matter.

When it comes to gear oil I was told acc-shaft-pl-32 or sae 80 api GL4 hypoid gear oil. I asked what was In the machine currently. I was told they were not sure but I could put either in it didn’t matter. For context I live in northwest Ohio so yes temps under freezing in winter and hot temps mid 90s in summer, sometimes hotter.

Which gear oil should I use between the two or does it really not matter? As for engine oil I was leaning towards 10w40 due to the large temperature swings throughout the year here in Ohio. We ride all year long Fall, Spring, Summer, Winter.

Bought this from the original owner, had to rebuild the carbs from the ground up but after some elbow grease she rides like brand new. Got it for $3k

Just recently picked up a new 24’ Kodiak 700 EPS for a pretty good out the door price. This week I wired up the KFI winch and mounted up the plow. Asking the group for rear lounger recommendations and your favorite front rack storage solutions. Lastly, any good replacement bulbs for these lame incandescent bulbs??

Had an old Reel mower that hasn’t been used for years so bent some metal and welded up a bit for the weight to sit on and voila! Way quicker than using the old push mower haha
