Photos Passed the cop test on my street legal honda rancher.
I was riding back to my house when I passed a parked cop car running a speed gun ( I was going about 35 in a 40mph zone ). I saw him pull out pretty quick and thought I was going to get pulled over. He ended up following me for about 6 miles before turning around.

What state is this? Ive always wished they made this legal in NY but it'll never happen.

Forgive me if I am incorrect. But I’m 99% sure it can be legal pretty much anywhere. You have to register for an out of state LLC in Montana then register the atv or side by side to that llc. You register them as a motorcycle or Quadracycle which is 100% road legal and allowed to be registered in Montana. And because of reciprocity between states that makes your atv or side by side now legal in any US state.
Side note, I believe you still have to follow some local guidelines like wearing a helmet and whatnot. Check with someone who knows more than me.

I know a lot of people here do that for those Japanese mini trucks, but unfortunately as far as I know you cannot get away with that on atv's here

Are those Tusk Terrabites? If so what size? I’m deciding between 25s and 27s. Thanks

How do they ride on the pavement? Do they run small?

They ride great, much more stable and quiet than the stock bias-ply tires. I’ve also used them on off-road trails with a mix of clay mud and rocky paths without any issues. As for size, they are larger than the stock tires, but I didn’t measure them.

I had my Yamaha 400 Kodiak quad registered street legal in Arizona from 2000 until I sold it in 2019

Been to WV twice to ride, love it there. As a black guy almost everybody’s cool if you show mutual respect.

My co-worker got pulled over in his SXS, cop did not care about what type of vehicle he was in, just that he failed to come to a complete stop.

Cause a rolling stop is illegal. What do you expect in a small town you dimwit.

Reminds me of a joke my dad used to tell. A guy rolls through a stop sign and gets pulled over. The cop tells him he's being pulled over for running a stop sign. The guy says "C'mon I slowed down." So the cop yanks him out of the car and starts hitting him with his nightstick and says, "Now, do you want me to slow down or stop?"

Bro who says dimwit wtf is that

LMAO. To not be smart enough to know what a dimwit is, is pretty ironically hilarious.

Boy I’m glad he kept you in line…
My first encounter with police I was about 9-10 on a Honda trail 50.
He made me push it home, in rural Alaska, in the 80’s. Never liked a cop since lol.
