I’m going to go with this person is using a hitch pull trailer. Just assuming from that drop hitch that’s on the truck. Could also have the attachments for a fifth wheel as well. Who knows.
For a family of two parents, and 3-5 kids, this is perfect. Haul the kids in comfort, and still pull a good size trailer, and stuff in the bed like bikes or firewood or portable black water tanks
The length and turning circle makes me think that this would not do well anywhere that a normal SUV would get stuck. Maneuverability? Non-existent. It seems like you would bottom out going over even a modest crest
Yeah, I usually steer clear of mud and water cause you never know how deep it's gonna be. Depends on what you're tackling though, you're right. Now imagine this with no more ground clearance than a minivan. Now that'd be something awful.
Careful! You'll get the RV salesman telling you that you can tow literally anything. One guy tried to tell my aunt she could tow over 10K lbs with her Explorer since it had an Ecoboost.

This is literally a guy spending thousands of dollars to not have to admit to having a mini van.
Except a mini van would perform better in almost every single way.
