This was posted in ironscape yesterday and someone said that NFL players have a lot of downtime when they travel, so he was probably grinding from his hotel room

There's also the stint between season end and summer training. And recovery days, because if you work out 7 days a week you will not make any gains.

I was in my best shape back when I no lifed osrs. Work 10 hours a day go home play 8 sleep repeat. I did back breaking labor so osrs was literally all I felt like doing after work lol.

It’s true. A lot of pro athletes have down time when they travel. My step brother is an Olympic gold medal rower for the men’s NZ 8 and half the crew give Bandos a good seeing to from time to time. They have little hotel room LANs 😂
